Returns & Refunds

30-day returns
We stand behind the ForceVane Cordless Turbo Blower. If it's not the right fit, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- In its original condition
- In the original packaging with all accessories included
- Free of damage from misuse

Items that show signs of heavy use, missing parts, or damage caused by improper handling may be subject to a partial refund or refusal.

How to start a return
Email support@forcevane.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a return address.

Do not ship the product back without first contacting us. Returns sent without authorization may not be processed.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, ForceVane covers return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We can't guarantee we'll receive your return without tracking.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Defective or damaged items
If your ForceVane arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Non-returnable situations
- Returns requested after 30 days
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories
- Products damaged due to misuse, accident, or unauthorized modification

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund if they haven't shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the return policy above.
