Shipping Policy

Where we ship
ForceVane ships to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping time
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days after processing. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping cost
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Any applicable promotions (including free shipping offers) will be reflected in your cart.

Tracking
Every order includes tracking. If you haven't received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, email us at support@forcevane.com.

Delays
Occasionally, carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods can extend delivery times beyond our estimates. We appreciate your patience and will help resolve any delivery issues directly with the carrier on your behalf.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@forcevane.com. Include your order number and, for damaged items, photos of the packaging and product. We'll replace the item or issue a refund.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, but we'll do our best to help recover the package.
