Lifetime warranty: orders placed Oct 28 to Nov 3, 2026
If you ordered your ForceVane between October 28 and November 3, 2026, your blower is covered by our limited lifetime warranty for as long as you own it. If it ever stops working because of a defect in materials or workmanship, we'll repair it or send you a replacement at no cost to you.
The batteries and charger in these orders are covered for 1 year from delivery. Batteries slowly hold less charge as they age, which is normal for every rechargeable battery and isn't a defect.
All other orders
Orders placed outside that window are covered for 1 year from delivery. That includes the blower, batteries and charger.
What's covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship, such as a motor, switch or trigger that stops working under normal use
- Units that arrive damaged or don't work out of the box (we'll replace these right away)
What's not covered
- Damage from drops, accidents, misuse or modifications
- Damage from submerging the blower in water
- Normal wear like scuffs and scratches
- Batteries that hold less charge over time from normal aging
The warranty covers the original purchaser of orders placed on forcevane.com and shipped in the US.
How to make a claim
Email support@forcevane.com with your order number, a short description of the problem, and a photo or quick video if you can. We'll reply and walk you through the next steps.
